Excellent Service and Trusting Relationships are Established Over Time
There are few things more important to customers and consumers of content than service and that relationship build on trust.
I think most people intuitively know this and are aiming to create these but what I’ve learned is that it simply takes a lot of time, which most people tend to forget.
I don’t take for granted the relationships that I’ve forged and established here through this blog, and I definitely am very aware of how quickly many of them have grown.
I’m really thankfully actually, and don’t feel that that happens all the time, or perhaps nearly enough.
What are you doing through your blogs that is helping to create “excellent service” to those that are reading your material? What are you doing to forge and establish those “trusting relationships?”

I don't put much stock in a survey like this. Research shows that there is way more going on in the subconscious that guides people's buying decisions that the vast majority of people realize. (See Neuro Web Design – What makes Them Click http://neurowebbook.com/). We like to think we make rational buying decisions but most of the time we don't.
For example, people consistently say brand is not important and yet marketing execs know different, otherwise they wouldn't spend billions on branding.
