My methodology has been mired in antiquated and ineffective models. I have adopted a new approach to ministry and will take this with me to a new position I start in the next 6-8 weeks. This is largely in part to Tony's work and the churches he has been associated with that are embracing ministry as... well ministry. Everything they have done has resulted in massive (Acts type even) service to the people of the world, Christian or not. Selfless, leading, sacrificial, people centered, and in my opinion God honoring. I am re-imagining my leadership role and am anxious to see how God continues to refine these tools and more as we march forward in our quest of reaching the world for Christ.
