IconFinder.net – Great Icon Search Engine

IconFinder.net is one of those websites that get an instant “bookmark” in delicious for me. Simple, effective, and produces great results.

You can look for icon sets as well, view with a white, black, transparent background, and sort.

Slick.

    I've been using http://iconsetc.com you can search by tags, and find the same style of icons
