LifeKids.tv – Effectively Reaching The Younger Generation

LifeChurch.tv recently announced their revamp of their children’s website, LifeKids.tv, and I thought they did a great job.

I like how they kept it simple, engaging, and made it obvious what areas on the website were clickable with their yellow-dotted highlighting. Continuing with the standard of simplicity, the secondary/tertiary pages are also dead simple and obvious.

Using web technology doesn’t mean that we always have to be the most cutting-edge nor innovative; sometimes I think that simple is better, especially taking into context the particular demographic that’ll be using the site.

Good job LifeChurch.

    I'll check back to see any more comments. Love to know what input you get! I'm not on the web team who designed the site but I am on the content development team who puts together the curriculum itself so I love to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly. :) Thanks for posting it!
