Re-Thinking the Blog – Honda Gives me ‘Insight’
I’m pretty pumped up about this week as I’ll be leading a preconference breakout at The Orange Conference this week about Re-Thinking Social Media.

What I’m specifically going to be discussing is how to “Re-Think the Blogging Platform” and creative ways to make it effective for ministry.
I’ve been trying to come up with a couple ways of illustrate what I mean by “rethinking a platform” and thankfully @dewde just supplied me with one: The Honda Insight’s new Let it Shine Vimeo Campaign.
You’ve really gotta check this video out to see what I mean. It’s very much like Nintendo’s Wario campaign with YouTube as well as Crank’s Movie Campaign.
Essentially, I’ll be discussing how to use platform tech in ways it was never “traditionally” intended and how it can, in fact, bring about more effective results.
