TidyTweet.com – A Filtered and Moderated Twitter Feed
Moderation is a critical component for pretty much any social service application out there, ensuring quality control and management.
Obviously more and more organizations and ministries are finding Twitter to be an important value-add to their initiatives, but controlling those streams (and conversations) can be difficult.
Enter TidyTweet, an easy way to filter and moderate Twitter RSS feeds. As you can see below, I’m able to easily auto-approve certain tweets and users while hold others for moderation:

It’s as simple as that. They also have an embedabble widget that comes standard with any new feed that you create (although it’s not too pretty out of the box). In addition, you can:
- Automatic or Manual Approval of Tweets
- Custom Bad Word Filtering
- Whitelist or Blacklist Twitter Users
- Auto-rejection of Tweets from New Accounts
- Auto-rejection of Tweets with Multiple Trending Topics
This might be something you may consider for your new iCampus or Online Experience.

Thanks for the review and the feedback, John. I'm one of the developers for TidyTweet, and we feel like it's a great fit for churches and ministries. As far as the embeddable widget code, it's definitely on our list to improve the options available. If you or anyone else has any other feedback, feel free to contact us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/tidytweet.
